Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not
unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as
you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods
such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We
also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or
gas or flammable liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:

* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has
some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error of our

Refunds (if applicable)

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be

within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please consult your
bank account again.

before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the articles
sales are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case
you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent to you
directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. A

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver of the gift
preferred to receive the item first to offer it to you later, we will send a

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product
exchanged may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $ 65, you should consider using
a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out insurance for
delivery. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
