Hello, I am Chef Sean Samuels, the owner of Chef Sean SNS. My love of food started very young in Guyana. First a pastry chef, this love developed in my exploration of the savory world. Here I am, over 25 years later, ready to share my love of food with you. What makes us different is that we don’t use fixed menus. We work with you and your themes, your budget, your occasions, etc. to offer you a menu designed especially for you. Although I enjoy my culture and preparing Caribbean dishes, I have also been drawn to food from other cultures. That’s why I call my kitchen brand “Fusion Cuisine”
